Sanctioned VLCC player has charter ties to major shipowners and oil companies

Greece’s Navios Maritime Partners, Japan’s Shoei Kisen and South Korea’s Sinokor reported to have charters to VS Tankers

The VLCC Hillah (built 2021), controlled by VS Tankers, is owned by Shoei Kisen and bareboat chartered to Navios Maritime Partners, which in turn chartered it to the Dubai company formerly known as AISSOT.
