A shadow fleet tanker was 10 minutes from grounding off Finland, the Gulf of Finland Coast Guard has revealed.
The incident took place last week in international waters near the Kalbadagrund Lighthouse, according to a statement cited by Pravda in Ukraine.
“The vessel was heading west, which could have caused it to run aground within 10 minutes,” the coast guard added.
