Unisea Shipping has doubled its aframax tanker newbuilding orderbook with a move for two vessels at Hanjin Heavy Industries & Construction (HHIC).
The Greek shipowner has added the 113,000-dwt pair at the shipyard in the Philippines for delivery in 2020, sources said.
The two ships will hit the water shortly after a brace of aframaxes from Samsung Heavy Industries, which Unisea placed earlier this year for delivery in the final quarter of 2019 at a cost close to $50m apiece.
