Double Trouble (5 September, page 36)
I read the article about Clarkson's research report "Tankers in Transition" with interest.
Martin Stopford may be correct that the urgent drive to phase out single-hull tankers will seriously perturb the tanker markets. Since he has given us five possible future scenarios, he has a good chance of being right. As always, time will tell.
But I do doubt two statements at the end of the article.
