The LinerGame, developed by Aalborg University, Ange Optimization and Maersk Line, is being adopted by Chalmers University in Gothenburg for its Shipping and Marine Technology course to help teach newcomers and experienced personnel about the container business.
Co-founder of the game Lars Jensen, a director of SeaIntel Maritime Analysis and former director for e-commerce at Maersk, says LinerGame has also established agencies in France and Singapore to widen the reach of the training system.
