David Bellamy became a marine insurance broker this month after more than 20 years in underwriting — and he is viewing a hull market, currently bumping along at an historically low level, from a new perspective.
A couple of weeks into his new career with Willis Towers Watson in Bergen, Norway, he says it is still unclear if any shift in sentiment about the state of the hull market will translate into real change.
