Thirty years at the helm of the acknowledged training-ground for most

Greek shipping bankers is no mean feat. It was with some affection that

shipping and financial journalists got together last week to wish well

to Dimitris Krontiras, who is retiring after serving that stint, first

as head of Citibank's shipping operations in Greece, and more recently

as country head for the bank.



Krontiras is succeeded in handling the bank's top-flight shipping

portfolio by the almost equally experienced Marianna Moschou, who now

sports the lengthy title of deputy head of the global shipping division

of Citibank.



The
