RightShip is moving onto a new operating system that will better predict the risks of chartering substandard ships, the vessel-vetting service claims.
In October, the new ship-vetting information system will replace the platform RightShip has used since setting up in 2000 during the dot.com boom for online shipping services. The company will use the data gathered and analysed over the period to improve vessel ratings.
