Less than nine months after reworking loans with its two largest lenders, Greek bulker owner Seanergy Maritime is understood to have hired US investment bank Houlihan Lokey as a financial advisor. Houlihan Lokey is considered one of the top global restructuring advisors.
The Victor Restis-backed company declined to comment when questioned by TradeWinds this week.
A source close to Seanergy was cautious when quizzed on the move, saying any hiring “would be to add value to the company”.
