K Line is to assume responsibility for the ship management of Singapore’s first LNG bunkering vessel under an agreement reached with FueLNG.

The Japanese shipowner said the 7,500-cbm vessel is expected to start work in the Lion Republic in the second half of 2020.

The vessel, which is on order at Keppel Offshore & Marine in Singapore, will be the first of its kind to offer ship-to-ship bunkering in the world’s largest bunker port.
