Berman is advising clients that he has jumped to NortonRose's new New York office from competitor Holland & Knight, where he hasbeen a partner in structured finance since May 2011.
Berman is the second prominent recruit for Norton Rose's effortshere under the direction of London-based ship-finance specialist HarryTheochari.
