Gadsby will leave in December, All Leisure said in a statement without offering an explanation for his exit.
Kevan Witts, a former financial director at Lunn Poly and Thomson Holidays, has been drafted in to fill the void.
Witts has spent the past nine years working as a consultant and will join All Leisure in August.
