CLdN has chartered in a ship from Finland’s Bore to address increasing demand in its service between Rotterdam and Portugal’s Leixoes.
The ro-ro owner has hired the 13,375-dwt Bore Sea (built 2011), which will be deployed in the region on 24 October.
With this move, CLdN will be serving the Netherlands-Portugal route with three ships in total.
The port of Santander will be added to the company’s portfolio while the company is preparing for a big expansion when it will take delivery of newbuildings by the end of next year.
