A Compania Sudamericana de Vapores (CSAV) employee has become the latest executive to be charged in connection with the long-running US ro-ro price-fixing scandal.

Chilean Mauricio Javier Garrido Garcia has been charged with allocating customers and routes, rigging bids and fixing prices for ro-ro cargo shipments, including cars, trucks and construction and agriculture equipment to and from the Port of Baltimore and elsewhere in the US.
