Kapital Asset Management has filed a bankruptcy claim against Russian shipowner Fesco, which has defaulted on bonds.
Moscow Arbitration Court has not yet issued a statement on the case, domestic media said.
Fesco said as a response that it was in dialogue with its creditors and expects to find a solution that will satisfy both sides.
It also faced a bankruptcy claim from Interprombank in November.
