United Arab Shipping Company (UASC) has reaffirmed its focus on the South American market with the inauguration of a new office in Uruguay, to be followed by brands in Brazil and Argentina.
The boxship owner, part of the Ocean Three alliance, said the newly opened agency in Uruguay follows significant investment in new reefer units and its cooperation agreement with Hamburg Sud for services to the east coast of South America.
