Unpaid PDZ bunker bill worth over $850,000

PDZ Holdings allegedly owes over $850,000 in unpaid bunker bills, according to a regulatory filing in Malaysia.

The unpaid bills led to the arrest of the 700-teu feeder containership PDZ Mewah (built 1993) in Pasir Gudang in late January.

Dan-Bunkering (Singapore) Pte is the largest claimant with an outstanding bill of $484,119 plus a further $108,689 in unpaid interest.

The other claimants who have served a writ on the intra-Asian operator also include CCK Petroleum Sdn Bhd, CCK Capital Ltd and CCK Petroleum (Labuan) Ltd.
