Grieg Star CEO Camilla Grieg is handing over the reins at the Norwegian bulker owner after more than 20 years in the top job.
IT expert Matt Duke will take over from 1 July after being promoted from within.
Co-owner Camilla Grieg will take over from her co-owning sister Elisabeth as chair of the company.
Elisabeth Grieg will stay on as member of the Grieg Star board "for now", the firm said, as well as vice chair of G2 Ocean and chair of Grieg Green.
