Bergen-based private bulker giant Grieg Star continues to suffer in the poor markets, but its 2019 annual report shows that the company had improved figures last year.
Better results for the company’s open hatch bulkers and lower costs saw Grieg Star land a pre-tax loss of $7.3m in 2019 compared with a loss of $16.3m a year earlier.Revenues were unchanged at $170m.
