Star Bulk Carriers has shifted its Geneva-based commercial activities to Singapore, the US-listed bulker owner has confirmed.
It said the activities have been transferred to a newly established wholly owned subsidiary under the name of Star Bulk (Singapore) Pte.
It gave no indication as to the timeframe for the move and gave no details as to whether staff in Geneva would relocate to the Lion Republic.
