Environmental think-tank Carbon War Room (CWR) has paid tribute to its director of shipping operations, Maurice Meehan, who has died unexpectedly at the age of 43.
The organisation called the death of its friend last week untimely and said it and parent Rocky Mountain Institute (RMI) were deeply saddened.
"Maurice was an experienced, passionate and committed voice around disruptive technology for sustainability and a tremendously well respected and liked individual," CWR said.
