Bridge shortcomings have been blamed for a collision between a DFDS freight ro-ro and a motor launch in the UK.
The historic vessel Peggotty was badly damaged in the incident on the River Humber last May, after the 32,500-gt Petunia Seaways (built 2005) failed to notice it on radar.
