Piraeus appeals court has rescheduled the hearing for 13 February,citing the complexity of the evidence and the large number of pending cases.
The 22,000-gt vessel hit rocks off Santorini in April 2007 and sank,killing two French passengers.
In July last year nine out of 13 accused were found guilty.
Representatives of Santorini residents, demanding thelifting of the shipwreck from the seabed, had gathered outside the court.
