The 5,280-cbm Norgas Cathinka (built 2009) collided with a 40-year ferryin September 2012 resulting in the loss of eight lives.
IM Skaugen said the incidentgenerated a $6.7m shortfall in ebitda including loss of revenues, costsincurred, legal expenses to free the ship and its crew.
The vessel and its crew wereheld for seven months in the wake of the collision before being released inearly April 2013.
