A Carisbrooke multipurpose has been refloated off the UK after grounding on a shingle bank.
The 5,000-dwt Paula C (built 2008) got into difficulties near the Needles on Sunday afternoon during the lowest tide of the year, with nine crew on board.
The vessel was helped free by a tug in the evening and then anchored in the western part of the Solent.
