Two crew have been injured after a blast ripped through a Morfini bunker tanker in Italy.
The accident happened on the 1,100-dwt Mercuria (built 1989) in the port of Taranto on Thursday, causing a fire, local media said.
The seafarers aged 33 and 34 suffered minor injuries and were taken to hospital.
Black smoke was pictured spiralling from the tanker and the explosion was felt in different areas of the city.
