Hapag-Lloyd is buying ATL Haulage Contractors, a UK road haulier.
The German carrier will acquire 100% of the share capital of the privately owned company for an undisclosed price.
“The acquisition of ATL, and working together with our other existing hauliers, enables us to deliver on our commitment to provide our customers with a first-class multimodal service,” Hapag-Lloyd said.
