Parcel tanker specialist Stolt-Nielsen is to overhaul its corporate structure in a bid to push through more growth at its tank container division.
From December 2007 Stolt will formally separate out its shipping and terminal activity from its container business through the creation of two new companies.
Stolt Tankers & Terminals (ST&T) will enable the company to continue to exploit the synergies between its shipping and ports business, said Stolt today.
