Chief executive Per Olav Karlsen predicted the timing of the spike in a WebTV interview at Nor-Shipping.
“Our analysis tells us the bulk market is going to improve already late this year, early next year,” he said.
“We expect greatly improved bulk markets through the second half of 2014 and into ‘15 providing we don’t see a rush of newbuilding orders, which is always the big scare.”
