Lithuanian Shipping Company (LSC) is to be liquidated as it bankruptcy proceedings come to an end.
The bulker owner said it has told creditors that Klaipeda County Court made the decision on 30 May.
A creditors meeting had been scheduled for 10 June, at which the sale of two vessels is on the agenda, plus the maintenance costs for a third.
Last month, administrators succeeded in selling two of its bulkers at the second time of asking.
