Arne Blystad is launching a public dry cargo venture with an equity raise via Norway’s over the counter (OTC) market.
The move will bring about a quick return to the capital markets for new Blystad executive Herman Billung, the former chief executive of John Fredriksen’s Golden Ocean.
Pre-sounding for an offering began today with the vehicle seeking to raise between $50m and $100m.
