Bulker owners can start planning ahead for the shipping recovery to come but that doesn’t mean that it’s around the corner, according to Martin Stopford.
“Now is the time to be planning for when the market will be back to normal again, which it will, it always recovers,” said Stopford.
“Past the trough, you can start to think positively about what happens next,” added the non-executive president of Clarkson Research Services.
