Lauritzen Bulkers president Peter Borup has left the Danish shipowner.
Borup, a former Norden executive, will be replaced by Lauritzen Kosan president Thomas Woidemann on an interim basis.
Talk of Borup's exit was confirmed by Lauritzen in a statement to TradeWinds on Tuesday.
It has not been possible to reach Borup for comment.
Lauritzen has announced plans to cut 15% of its shore-based staff.
