Gibraltar sees close encounter of the bulker kind

Two bulkers almost came to blows in the European port of Gibraltar latest YouTube footage seen by TradeWinds appears to show.

The incident is said to involve the Japanese-owned 58,700-dwt Maritime Unity (built 2008) and the Greek-owned 170,000-dwt Furious (built 2010).

The two ships are said to have nearly collided in the Bay on Sunday, according to local television station GBC TV.
