Pacific Basin has poached an executive of BW Pacific to replace outgoing chief financial officer (CFO) Andrew Thomas Broomhead.
The bulker owner has appointed Peter Schulz as its new financial head, with effect from 21 August.
Broomhead revealed its intention to leave Pacific Basin in January but he will remain with the company as a consultant until the end of the year.
