Evermore Global Advisors has amassed a stake of more than 10% in Songa Bulk.
Evermore, which is a major stakeholder in Scorpio Bulkers, first bought into the Arne Blystad-led shipowner in February.
A disclosure to the Oslo Stock Exchange this morning said Evermore Global Value Fund now controls 3.608 million shares in Songa Bulk.
