Oslo-listed Songa Bulk has taken its fleet to 15 ships with another kamsarmax purchase.
The company said it had entered into an agreement to acquire an 82,188-dwt ship built in 2012 at Tsuneishi in Japan.
The only vessel that matches the specifications is Bottiglieri Rizzo's Atlantic Moon.
It will be delivered in October.
The company, set up by Arne Blystad and Herman Billung, has now spent $279.675m
