Victor Restis has given a vote of confidence in Globus Maritime after it raised $2.5m in fresh funds from the Greek shipowner.
United Capital Investments, which is led by Restis, participated in a share and warrant purchase agreement with the US-listed bulker owner.
The deal sees the Restis investment vehicle receive 2.5m new Globus Maritime shares as well as warrants to purchase a further 12.5m
