US exporters may send soybeans to South America instead of China in reaction to the US-China trade war, Scorpio Bulkers chief financial officer Hugh Baker says.
"It wouldn't surprise me at all if they were to send ships to send soybeans to South America," he said Monday during his company's second-quarter earnings call.
"I mean we have seen this kind of aberration."
