The company said its former Sanko-owned vessel Nordic Orion (built 2011) will carry 73,500 tons through the fabled North-West Passage.
Nordic says the voyage will not only save time, fuel and CO2, but will allow it to carry 25% more cargo compared to using the Panama Canal.
