The bulker owner said net earnings last year were TWD 353.43m($11.72m), against TWD 725m in 2012.
Revenue increased to TWD 4.65bn from TWD 4.13bn over thesame period, while operating costs were TWD 4.11bn, from TWD 3.62bn the yearbefore.
But it was boosted in 2012 by foreign exchange gains of TWD283m, against TWD 69m in 2013.
