The bulker and general cargoship company said it posted a deficit of $6.54m for January-June, from a profit of $3.9m in the same period of 2013.
The Warsaw-listed owner added that revenue fell by 5.4% to $11.45m.
KDM president Kostiantyn Molodkovets owns 78.5% of the company.
