Net loss for 2014 was HRK 4.45m ($0.66m), almost 10% worse compared to 2013.
Total revenue took a big hit as it plummeted to HRK 7m, down from HRK 36.5m in the previous year.
Operating profit declined by 81% to HRK 1.5m.
The Croatian owner has a fleet of 11 vessels, including six bulkers, four tankers and one newbuilding due in 2015.
