The New York investment manager told the US Securities and Exchange Commission that it owned 18.2 million shares in the New York-listed bulker owner as of 27 February.
The 10.1% stake would be worth nearly $38.1m at today’s closing price of $2.09 on the New York Stock Exchange.
Wellington owned 14.8 million shares, or 8.2% of the Monaco-based company, at the end of 2014.
