The New York-listed trader has boosted its presence in the Romanian port of Constanta as it added terminals with annual throughput capacity of up to six million metric tons and 10 vessel berths.
Through its complete ownership in North Sea Shipping and Minmetal, ADM will also control bulk commodity storage and warehousing and a shipping agency on the Danube river.
