Scorpio Bulkers (SALT) has broken its public silence on a dispute with Monarch Alternative Capital just days after receiving a second broadside from the investor.
Monarch has been an outspoken critic of the shipowner since the summer and last week suggested Kurt Cellar and Jim Nish be considered for directorships.
