Oaktree and Deutsche Bank look to have reached a settlement over a financial dispute that saw a bulker arrested in Singapore.
Maritime Equity Partners' (MEP) 178,005-dwt Sparta (built 2010) was detained in Singapore two weeks ago on behalf of mortgagee Deutsche Bank.
Lawyers representing both parties declined to clarify the situation surrounding the vessel other than to say that it had been released.
