Chinese state shipbuilder CSSC has added another bulker newbuilding to the account of its shipowning unit CSSC Shipping.
Brokers said a 38,000-dwt vessel has been ordered at CSSC group shipyard Huangpu Wenchong.
The ship is due in December 2017. No price was given.
CSSC Shipping already owns containerships, and has more bulkers, LPG carriers and heavy-lift vessels on order.
