Christen Sveaas today completed the purchase of Western Bulk Chartering but further work is needed to secure the future of the shipholding business.
Sveaas’s Kistefos has already paid $10m in cash for WB Chartering with a further $6m to follow in early March.
This has helped to top up the cash balance of the shipholding company, now known as Bulk Invest.
