Nasdaq-listed Pangaea Logistics Solutions has added two supramaxes to its fleet in a management deal.
The company will operate the modern vessels technically and commercially under a profit sharing arrangement with the owner, a US-based investment fund.
The ships are the 57,000-dwt Bulk Power and the Bulk Progress (both built 2010) .
"The vessels have been delivered and their initial employment has been arranged," Pangaea said.
